Where are you located?
We are located on Queen Street, St Marys just 1km from St Marys Train Station.
Do you offer INKPAY?
Yes we do.
Please mention that you would like to pay with Inkpay at the time of booking. You will need to have an Inkpay account prior to booking and have 40% of the total quoted price in your bank account to proceed.
INKPAY BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE MADE IN STORE.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! we sell gift certificates in store.
How do I make a booking/enquiry?
You can make a booking by dropping in to have a chat with one of our artists, giving us a call on (02) 9673 5199 or HERE
What is your hourly rate?
We have a competitive hourly rate of $150 an hour, however this rate is used for large scale ongoing work e.g. sleeves, back pieces etc.
All other tattoos are quoted by the piece.
Do you have a shop minimum?
Yes, our shop minimum is $100.
Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, we require a minimum $100 deposit that will contribute towards the overall cost of your tattoo.
Do you tattoo under the age of 18?
Yes, however it is to the individual artist's discretion.
To secure a booking a legal guardian needs to be present and fill out the required paperwork. Both parties will need to show valid photo ID.
If the minor and legal guardian have a different surname, we will also require a medicare card or official paperwork as proof of legal guardianship.
Once the booking is made the legal guardian does not need to attend the actual appointment.
How do I prepare for/what do I bring to my appointment?
Try to get a good night sleep, keep hydrated and make sure you have something to eat beforehand.
Dress for comfort and think about where your tattoo is being placed, make sure the clothing you wear leaves the area easily accessible.
If you have a particularly long booking and would like to bring something to do while being tattooed you can bring along your headphones to listen to music or watch something on your phone.
Can I have a friend or family member with me when I come for my appointment?
It isn’t advised to bring people who aren’t there to get tattooed themselves.
If you must bring someone, warn them that they will need to stay in the designated waiting area unless invited by your artist.
Children and infants are generally not permitted as they can cause distractions or interrupt the tattoo artists.
How do I look after my tattoo?
Your tattooist will provide you with aftercare instructions once your appointment is complete.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 3 days notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any booking.
If notice is not given in the required time your deposit will be forfeited.
